You will be sharing the unit only with me. The unit is newly leased so there will be plenty of storage space.
No house party, no smoking inside the house.
About me: I am a working professional who is quiet and likes to keep my space tidy. It would be good to share the apartment with someone who is responsible to clean up after themselves and has respect for shared spaces.
