Yes, quasi- new condo that has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms . Other rooms in the condo have different prices, starting with 700$ al-in. Guys, stop looking for the 600$ al-in room… or at least stop confusing the categories! NO, 600$ rooms DON’T look like this! AT ALL!!!!! And don’t have THIS quality… and are not located just 2 km from Downtown, like my rooms! And are not in new buildings! Sorry to be blunt and a bit hysterical… but seeing every day how good people look for a dirty place filled in with bad people in an area that is mention plenty of times on Trip Advisor… but I’m , but yes, I’m annoyed. 600$ all-in (and less- God forbid!) are NOT in the same category with my rooms that have SO MANY FEATURES. So, to make you realize the difference, I’ll advertise my 2nd most expensive room. And even this room use to be 850$ but a seasonal discount has been issued.
As said he whole condo also could be rented to a [big] family or group of 4 people (5 max, to discuss) . The whole condo is offered “all furnished” at the price of 2999$/month. At this price it can be offered for a few months, ex until September, or for longer term. Just 1-3 months it’ll be more expensive. Beside a lot of space, the condo has a terrazzo of 3.5x2 meters. It’s not a balcony, a terrazzo is 2-3 times bigger… and it’s only for you! NEW condo / building, in South West of NDG, close to Westmount, metro Vendome - 9 minutes walk (not 14minutes as google maps says!). And just 2km West from Downtown! Stainless steel appliances and frontal washer/dryer in the condo , not in the basement. A visit will show you the qualities that place our condo above the competition. The rooms have slightly different sizes but all have reasonable size, windows and doors. Could be occupied by 2 couple of young professionals too. The 2 bathrooms could be splitted, only the kitchen to be shared, with rules established for mutual respect.
We look and offer quality, selected, clean, respectful, ACTAULALY… THE ONLY TYPE THAT SHOULD BE IN A SHARED HABITATION. You think that all ARE so… but the difference between “SHOULD BE” and “ARE” is huge: 90% of shared habitation have the wrong type of persons. The key is the 6th word in this paragraph: “selected”. We do an application and selection process, so the people that you’ll live in will be same like you. PS: The prices presented are for long term, min 6 months as ALL the room-renting business works. We accept short/medium term but the price is higher.
