About the room

Bright and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment! The building is just a 3 minute walk to the train and saddledome, and a short walk to downtown, 17th ave etc. The unit has in suite laundry and I’ll be updating the kitchen within the next couple months! I haven’t moved in yet, so there’s currently no furniture, but I’m going to be getting all of that in the next month.

About the roomies

I’m 28 years old and work full time as a Wildlife Biologist, so I’ll occasionally work from home, but I’m also away about 30% of the time. I love being outdoors (trail running, camping, picnics, you name it), trying new spots downtown, hosting dinners for friends, and travelling. Looking for a roommate who can keep the place relatively tidy and can match my energy. If we can also be friends, that would be lovely :)
