Hi…Furnished bedroom in east end condo for monthly rent. Clarke and Dundas area,on Wavell street. Very close to lots of shopping. On a bus route. No long term lease. Month to month rental. I am a retired senior. Currently handicapped and using a cane to get around. Waiting on surgery.However, I am self sufficient. Looking for a boarder I can live with and get along with. We will be sharing everything,the exception being our bedrooms. Your bedroom is your private space. I live a very quiet lifestyle,and expect the same from anyone living here. I am open to negotiating the rent,in exchange for some help. This will include walking my furbaby or light house cleaning. This would mean a very low rent. Anyone living here Must be very dog friendly. This is mandatory. If you are not a dog lover, please do not respond. I have a very friendly small breed furbaby. She loves people. I am sorry, but I cannot accommodate other pets you may have. It just wouldn’t be a good fit with my furbaby. You will have access to all rooms, including laundry. Internet and cable included. I have a spacious patio,with a bbq for your use. Parking is available. I am 4/20 friendly. I am a very moderate drinker. I will not tolerate Any drug use,besides some pot.This includes excessive drinking. Prefer non smokers, but you cam smoke outside. Sorry, No overnight guests,excepting family. I am an easy going person and for the most part, easy to get along with. Looking for the same. The rent is $775. Month to month. Obviously you purchase your own food and necessities and your own laundry detergent. As I stated, I am open to negotiating lowering the rent for a temporary period, in exchange for continued help in my home. We can discuss this,should we meet. There would also be a small rental deposit, the day you move in. It is refundable. I prefer a female boarder. I have had better luck with them than male boarders . Please respond only if you are serious about renting my room. I will need to ask questions about you and your current situation,for my own security. I ask these questions of everyone. Easy to get along with. No drug or alcohol issues. Dog friendly. Respectful. Prefer a working person, but not mandatory. Live a quiet lifestyle.
