Spacious 4 Bed / 3 Bath House in Gibson – Looking for Clean, Respectful Housemates

I’m renting out my 4 bed, 3 bath house in the Gibson area, near Cannon & Wentworth. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place with easy access to transit, shops, and amenities.

I’m ideally looking for a family or group of up to 3 clean, respectful people who want to share the whole house together. With 4 bedrooms, and a finished basement, there is ample space for an office or study area.

About the house: • 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms • Finished basement and attic • Washing machine & Dryer • 1 Parking spot with lots of street parking • Spacious back yard • Located in the Gibson area, close to Cannon & Wentworth • Full kitchen and common living space • Bright, comfortable rooms • Option to have the house partially furnished – open to discussing what you need

What I’m looking for: • Clean, respectful tenants • Ideally a group of friends/housemates (max 3 individuals) who will treat the place like their own • No smoking inside, and considerate with noise

I’m also open to renting out individual rooms to three separate people instead of a pre-formed group, as long as the fit is right and everyone is aligned on keeping the space clean and respectful.
