We have a fully furnished single room available from January 1st

Our location is 5 minutes from Rupert skytrain station by walk.
This room is fully furnished private room and bathroom and kitchen are shared. Price is 930 dollars monthly including all utilities - electricity, water etc…
There’s 465 dollars security deposit And this will be returned when we check the room’s condition after you move out.

Also you must give us 1 month notice before moving out and it is required for deposit return Moving out should be the 1st day of the month.

Free wifi is available TV is available you can connect to your own Netflix or Youtube. It is not a cable TV

Laundry and dryer are in the house, 1 load per week is free, extra load is 5 dollars, and you can use between 9am to 10pm.

Street parking in front of the house available

House rule is - No pet, No party, No loud music or noise especially at night time after 10pm
15 dollars per night for extra guest sleeping over

We want someone who is respectful, quiet And who don’t bring friends often… to keep the house quiet and peaceful at night.

Contract is minimum 3month, 1 month notice is required for both parties when moving out. Move out date should be the 1st day of the month.
