Looking for a roommate to a small 2 bedroom apartment on Abbot/Hastings. Private room, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Amazing view, clean and cozy, but a bit questionable area - from one side it’s a Gastown, very close to groceries(T&T, Costco etc), close to Skytrain and bus stops, lots of cafes, restaurants around. From other side it is close to East Hastings, sometimes can be a bit dirty. Check the area please if it’s ok with you. We also have a security who is always walking around building, so it is safe to live here.

Apartment is fully furnished. There are a bed and a table in the room, exactly like on photos. I can also send photos or short video of the whole apartment if you need it.

Just for one person. No overnight guests allowed. No smoking of any kind. Move in date is flexible. Price is $1200+$50(internet,hydro) Deposit - $600

I’m a working professional living with my 12yo son. I’m friendly, calm, respectful and tidy, so would love to see the same in a roommate. My hobby is dancing, I spend a lot of time on dance classes after work. My son is going to school and doing sports after. Weekend he usually spends in his dad’s place.
