Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom one bath basement suite. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. All utilities are included in the rent. The rent is $1000 a month for the room. Street parking is available, as well as Laundry in the unit. There is a backyard that is private and only for the suites use. The unit upstairs has their own backyard. Covered patio, room for entertaining in the summer. Located in Coquitlam close to grocery stores and other shops.
