We live in a lovely 4 bedroom/2 bathroom semi-detached house with two bedrooms available on the second floor. It’s in a very convenient location (near Janefield/College), with 4 bus stops within a 10 minute walk. We have a backyard with a garden and deck, 2 available parking spaces and in-unit shared laundry. The house comes fully furnished (but not the rooms), with a microwave and full kitchen set.

Ivy- Hi! I’m a second year student at the University of Guelph, studying zoology. I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful roommate, and I tend to spend most of my time at school/work.

• We have two lovely cats :)

Kyle- Hey!! I’m graduating college in May for my Heavy Machine Operating program. I will be working full time and whilst at home I am quiet, clean and respectful:)

P.S We have our friends over sometimes and will give notice. We love to have occasional movie/craft nights and study sessions!
