Basement has a large bedroom. Plus 2 other good size living areas. Woodstove.. half bathroom. Would have to share upstairs for shower. Upground pool in backyard.. we do have 2 labradors so must like dogs. This is not a completely quiet household. Dogs do bark and people live. Shared laundry is in basement also. Side entrance to downstairs. Door at basement for privacy. Utilities a/c and internet included. Will put kitchenette in. Full fridge. SOME FURNISHINGS MAY BE AVAILABLE. Can share kitchen upstairs as needed. Sometimes meals may be offered. You would more less be sharing the house but with your own space as well as us. Close to uwo. Prefer mature renters/ male or couple who are down to earth. No big partiers although a few around the pool is certainly fine. . Weed friendly , cigarette smoke out back. Must be working. Decent credit preferred but situations happen. Hoping a roomate who will fit in Clean record. .

We are a couple in our late 50,s. Husband works midnights. Sleeps in evenings. We have 2 labs and are big dog lovers. Down to earth young minded couple. We speak clear english only. Love music and being outdoors. Raised 4 boys. A couple came back and stayed in downstairs during covid. We dont use the basement now accept for laundry storage and freezers
