Spacious apartment right at 4K Spadina - directly across from the Rogers Centre and steps from the CN Tower. You’re basically in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything.

The place gets great natural sunlight and feels open and airy. The bedroom is a really good size, and you’ll have your own private washroom, which is a big plus. I’m very minimal and don’t like clutter, so the common areas are always clean, organized, and easy to relax in.

In the summer, the location is unbeatable. You’re right by Lakeshore and the water, with tons of events, festivals, games, and concerts happening around you - but once you’re inside, it’s calm and peaceful.

I’m a working professional in sales and I also manage a boxing gym, so I stay pretty busy during the week. I’m very active and spend a good amount of time outside the apartment - between work, training, and being out and about - but I really value coming home to a quiet, clean, calm space to reset.

I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and in the summertime I’m usually out by the water, at events, or just making the most of the city. I’d say I’m easy-going, respectful, and structured. I keep things minimal and organized, and I appreciate a peaceful environment.

I’m open to forming a friendship with the right roommate, especially if we share similar and respect but I also fully respect independence and boundaries.
