I’m a laid-back, friendly person. I work f/t and run a side business in the areas of insurance and fitness. I LOVE my alone time, but if living with a roommate, wouldn’t mind us socializing from time-to-time.

I currently work from home, M-F, my schedule fluctuates between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Weekday evenings are spent primarily working on the administrative tasks for my fitness business, going to dance classes and working out, and/or relaxing peacefully and usually with headphones on.

My preferences for a room are as follows, (but not set in stone): (1) A big bedroom, about the size of 1.5 Queen beds). (2) ensuite washroom or my own washroom, (sharing a shower is okay) (3) close to the lake, and/or close to major highway(s) (4) 1 parking spot (I have a car)

I hope to find a roommate who’s easy-going, clean, respectful, and mature.
