Hello my name is Deandre and I’m currently 31 years old and I serve at two well establish restaurants. I currently live in North york where I’m paying well under $1000 but need to move because roommate is not clean. I’m giving up on cheaper rent to be in a cleaner environment. I have my credit report and references. I sweep, do dishes and clean washrooms. I like to exercise, have games night, read, mediate and go out. I also drive and would love to have parking available. I only have trusted people in my space and it’s not common that I do have a small gatherings. I don’t mind if roommates have people over but just to be respectable. I believe in having a good time not a dangerous time.
