Hi there, I’m helping my uncle find a room to rent in Toronto. I’m a 35yr old male engineer living near Pape and Gowan, and I’d like to find him something nearby so I can support him as needed.

He’s 75, very fit and able-bodied, quiet, and easygoing. He’s an introvert who enjoys keeping to himself, going for walks, and reading. English is his second language, but he’s fluent in French and can communicate in English just fine.

He’s respectful, clean, and not the type to cause any disruption. We’re looking for a peaceful space with like-minded roommates, ideally within walking or transit distance from Pape Village or nearby areas.
