Summer sublet (May 1st - August 31st)

A private room in a 2 bedroom apartment situated in downtown Montreal. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the McGill metro station. Local amenities including grocery stores, post office, pharmacy are also very close by (10 min).

The apartment includes two closed bedrooms, one closed living room, a fully furnished kitchen, and a bathroom. NOTE: Although the bedroom in the photo looks unfurnished, there is the option to have it furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers)

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a third-year undergraduate student at McGill. My current roommate will be away for the summer and will be returning in September so I have a spare bedroom.

I will be taking courses over the summer and will therefore be studying remotely so am looking for someone who is friendly and respectful. Am open to both students and young professionals.

In my spare time, I like to cook, listen to music, go for walks and explore different parts of the city.
