1 downtown room for 1 person!

Hello we are renting out our spare room starting in January!! Avail month to month up to a year. We live in downtown Montreal with our two cats, included are some photos of the place. We are a 5 min walk from Saint-Laurent Metro. Close to many stores and mcgill. We have some criteria to meet for our personal preferences and I’ll list them below. Thank u!

Criteria: No frequent guests, must have a job or full time student, English speaking! Clean up after yourself regularly, no pets, please only one individual. No smoking inside :)

Included: shared bathroom, your own room and closet, shared kitchen, utilities included, washer and dryer in building, high speed Fibre optic wifi included. No furnishings in the room
