I’m looking for a roommate to share my 3 ½ apartment in downtown Montréal. You’d have the private bedroom in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The room is fully furnished, spacious, and gets really nice natural light during the day. I’ll be living and sleeping in the living room, but it’s still a shared space and you’re welcome to use it too.

The place is available right away, and you can move in whenever works for you. I’m flexible about the length of stay, whether you’re looking for something short-term or longer-term.

The apartment is on rue Drummond, steps away from McGill, Concordia, Peel metro, and Mount Royal. It’s also close to buses, cafés, groceries, and everything downtown has to offer. The apartment is on the 8th floor, laundry is in the basement, and the building has a doorman, which is really convenient for packages. The HVAC system was renovated this summer and works well in both winter and summer.

Rent is $700 per month, before utilities (hydro, internet, insurance).

I’m Arya, 25. I recently finished my master’s in Atmospheric Sciences at McGill and I’m currently job hunting while taking French full-time. I’m easy-going, flexible, clean, and generally pretty quiet (except when I play accordion). When I’m home, I usually cook, bake, knit, or watch movies on the projector.

I’m hoping to find someone around my age who’s respectful and easy to live with. Since we’ll be sharing a 3 ½, I’d like to get to know you a bit first.
