Kim's room

The property is located in Burnaby Heights in a quiet residential area north of Hastings close to Gilmore. There are beautiful parks and recreation facilities and minutes to the freeway and the Second Narrows Bridge. It is also 5 minutes to Brentwood and Gilmore Sky Train Stations The house is older with its commensurate character and an absolute gem. It is also close to playgrounds, film studios ( the Bridge) colleges, BCIT and SFUniversity. The room is moderately big and furnished. We accommodate the changes needed to make your stay comfortable.

I’m working in film, I’m fit and spend my time making things as a custom clothier for boutiques, film and theatre costuming and my own creations including painting in most mediums and on silk and cotton. In addition I prepare a lot of our meals and sometimes my roommates eat with me and others not so much. Myself and my 60 something roommate (artist, musician, builder, business consultant) maintain largely a plant based diet. My other two roommates are both foreign students and a delight to live with. With respect and awareness it becomes possible to live in harmony with others. We have a very private front yard and a large covered deck off the kitchen. I also have an 8 year old Border Collie to watch over us and herd us when out daily walking.
