About the room
This is a 2 bedroom, south facing apartment with a balcony at the Californian Cassa! It is a beautiful, and very bright unit. Shared space includes the living room and the kitchen while private space includes the bedroom and attached bathroom. All utilities including internet are covered. The apartment is located less then a 10 minute walk away from Century Park LRT/terminal, and a 5 minute walk from Safeway. From the LRT, the U of A campus is about 15 min ride. This apartment is ideal for students. If interested, feel free to request a tour of the space!
About the roomies
Hello! I am Josh. I am a 2nd Year U of A student taking Environmental Science. I’m rather outgoing and love to talk but I prefer “home” to be quiet and comfy, so while guests are welcome, please keep the noise to a minimum. I prefer clean spaces as well. I cook mainly Asian dishes, and am willing to cook for you too :3
The building itself is 18+, no children and is a smoke, weed and pet free area. These policies are non-negotiable.
