Proof of work/income
Each room has a desk, lamp, bath towels, laundry basket, extra bed sheets and hangers. 1 queen bedroom. Rules will be provided. Need a person who is quiet and clean. I like coming home to a clean house. A non government contract will need to be signed. No drugs, vaping, smoking, guests in the house. Wifi, water and hydro is included. If over use, will split the bill for that month.
About the roomies
I am a quiet person. I work for the school board and currently in teachers college. I have 1 dog who is hyper-allergenic. I have a closed in backyard so you are more than welcome to sit on the patio. I live near Fanshawe (South side). I have a parking spot if you drive.
