Large Bedroom with east windows on main floor of Mid-century bungalow. Shared 3pc bathroom, incl utilities & unlimited wifi & free shared laundry.

I own the house and occupy one out of 3 bedrooms, I live a free flow creative life as a musician, performer, dog/housesitter and the occasional house/yard concert host when the inspiration strikes, and enjoy having family & friends come to stay whenever the timing matches up. My home is a calm positively charged, drama-free, cozy lived-in, creatively inspired type of vibe. & I hang my hat in 3rd (smallest) bedroom on main floor. The big bedroom is up for grabs.

If I was to share my space, it will be the exact right fit. An ideal roommate for me is a consciously aware individual who is aligned with my values, appreciates the arts, but has built their own life & community that takes them outside the home some evenings and weekends, whether it be work, school socializing/volunteer/committments. Also open to someone who works out of town & home part of the month, and willing to adjust rents accordingly.
