About the room
Furnished bedroom in a shared townhouse. Included: Bed, nightstand, dresser, television, mini-fridge, and private washroom. Utilities and wifi are included. I can remove current furnishing from the bedroom if needed. Coin-laundry is shared with other members of the townhouses. Convenience: 5 minute walk to Joyce Skytrain, the grocery store, and Killarney Community Centre. Easy street parking, and easy access to bus routes to UBC, metrotown, and downtown Vancouver. Preference is given to students. Message me and we can work something out! *No pets, smoking, drugs, partying, or having partners over. *I’m in the process of adding furniture to the room, the pictures are how the room looks at the moment, but I’ll be adding pictures as I add furniture.
About the roomies
I’m a young guy that works and studies in Vancouver. I’m currently sharing the space with a family member. I speak english and some spanish, and spend most of my time at the gym. I will potentially be opening up one of the extra rooms for another room mate in the future.
