Looking for a renter from May to September. The ideal spot for any student!! Just a 10 minute walk to University of Toronto or a 10/15min street car to Toronto Met University. This apartment is located just off College street meaning many places to explore and so many great stores near by…freshco is just a 5 minute walk away!! Borden street itself is a quiet and relatively safe street, with a fire station and preschool just down the road. It is a four bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living space, shared coin laundry and a patio with the view of the CN Tower! The room and kitchen are fully furnished.

Currently 3 other female student aged 20-23. We are quiet and enjoy chill night, but also have people over sometimes on the weekend. We are all very clean, you will rarely find dirty dishes in the sink! Feel free to message for more details!
