Two rooms are empty in a 3bhk house on the main floor. House address is 724 Hunts Crescent NW. 5 minutes walk to superstore. 2, 3, 4 and 5 bus go directly to downtown. 20 no. Bus goes to UofC and MRU. 4 and 5 also go to SAIT.

Laundry: in suite (shared with 2 people in the basement)

Street parking available for only one car

There is a shared bathroom between 3 people (all females)

Rooms are furnished with a large cabinet, table and bed. Most appliances are available in the house.

Requirements from landowners:

1. Female studying Master’s or PHD or who are working are preferred.

2. Person should be able to clean and maintain common areas including participating in shared house chores. Landlord is very particular about the cleanling of the house.

3. No pets are allowed. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited.

4. The person must be quiet and respectful to others and people living in the basement.

5.overnight guests are not allowed.

About Me:

I am a Master’s in Architecture student at UofC and study in the downtown campus. I moved from India in 2021 for my Master’s. I am 27 years old and the landowners are very helpful and nice.
