My roommate is leaving and I need someone to take his room! The apartment is on the top floor of a historic home in Riverdale, a 5 minute walk from Riverdale Park East and close to Streetcars + Subway. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the day so it’s nice to work remotely and within walking distance of the Danforth and Chinatown East.

There is a dedicated storage unit and laundry in the basement of the home. Utilities are included and I’ll split the internet with you.

The landlord has asked that the new tenant provide proof of income and ideally a reference.

Currently working as a software developer downtown but from home Monday and Friday. I enjoy going out for drinks with friends, to cultural events, and working out. I also play RPGs like D&D from time to time. I’m very easy going, a good communicator, and try to keep things as clean as I can.

Ideally, you’re a working professional around my age, clean, and a good communicator. Bonus points if you also work in tech and want to hangout from time to time.
