(JUST WOMEN) I’m subletting my fully furnished beautiful, bright, clean and spacious room for 2 months (Nov 1 to January 3, 2024). The rent is $450+Hydro (per month including internet). I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful (non-smoker). You will be sharing a 5 ½ spacious, bright and clean apartment (we usually clean the apartment once a week). My room has a comfortable queen bed (equipment to workout at home/yoga mat), a desk, closet and plants (I love them). The apartment has 1 shared bathroom, a big living room and a huge kitchen with an attached balcony. The kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a stove, washer- dryer machine and kettle (kitchen necessary stuff). The apartment is well located: a park 3 mins away, nearby Maxi, IGA, Wellington Street in Verdun (ranked coolest in the world), 10 mins walk from Charlevoix metro (Green Line). 15 mins away from downtown by bus. I am living with 2 roommates (guys) in theirs 30’s. One of them, he is studying and working during the weekdays and on weekends he stays in his friend’s apartment (hardly ever in the apartment just on early mornings) and My other roommate is working from Wednesday to Saturday; he is very respectful and a quite person .
