Looking for a individual with immediate availability to share the lease for a pet friendly 2-bedroom apartment at 122 Langside by November 30th. Rent is $1007 plus hydro, so we will each pay around $504 a month. I will cover half of the first month’s rent, half of the security deposit, and the full amount for the pet deposit totaling around $1,260. The other individual will only cover half of the first month’s rent and half of the security deposit, totaling around $753.

I’m a 21 year student working part-time in Osborne Village, I will be moving in with my senior female cat. I do not drink, smoke or do any other kind of substance, and I will not bring any unwanted guests over.
