• parking and all utilities included .
• tenants has to be responsible for cleaning theor own areas . Again this is an amazing room with private entry .

This is amazing room and Landlord is being selective whom is moving in Needs to be a person that has great interest in life and a person that is of optimistic and good attitude Looking for positive / energetic people only .

• room can be furnished, at no additional cost . The cost of rent can be minimized if you are of the above requirements because I am only looking for the best tenants.
