The apartment is on the main floor of a bungalow, and we have basement neighbours. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to grocery stores. Water is included in the rent but we do pay Hydro and WiFi bills (which are less than $40 usually). Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.
You’ll have an unfurnished room (see pictures) and share the living room and bathroom with us.
