FOR FEMALES 20-25YRS OLD ONLY 3 Bedroom apartment, I have 1 room available. 1 shared bathroom with 2 sinks. Bedrooms are fair in size with very big windows. Unit is on the top floor. Close to downtown, bus routes 14,27, and 28. Walking distance to Hillside Mall. 15 - 20 min commute to UVIC and 15 min walk from Camosun Lansdowne.Also there is a very big heated indoor pool on the property. Rooms aren’t furnished as I would love for you to be able to make your room your own! Everything else is furnished, kitchen fully stocked. And you get to use my streaming services in the living room on the big tv. Including Netflix, Crave, Disney plus and Prime Video.

You would be living with just me, and my other roommate. I work full time in Dentistry, I also am very involved at the yoga studio I consider a second home so I spend most of my free time there. I’m looking to find roommates that would be willing to develop a family-like dynamic. I would love to cook, watch movies, go on hikes, chill at the beach, and maybe even go to yoga class together.
