Nice and quiet😴, roomie’s bedroom is very private (my bedroom is in floor above); Large living space will be shared - just between you and me. Miniscule balcony off the galley kitchen. Park-like garden shared with others. Plus 2 parks, a couple of minutes walk away: Withrow Park and Riverdale Park, (abutting Don Valley Ravine). Both with all sorts of free, public amenities: tennis courts, ice rinks, swimming pools (closed for the season!), trails, dog park, and much more…..
Just me. Personable. Polite. Quite quiet, but conversational, (if you want to practise your ESL!) I’m out of town quite a bit. So no need for concern about sharing kitchen or bathroom. No couples or pairs please. I Speak French and Spanish (both semi-fluently)…so I’d be happy to chat in either, should you miss speaking your first language. I enjoy music, esp. classical music, blues, and some folk and ethnic . Prefer quiet volume 😉. What else? I’m a big reader; and I write quite a bit. Not just academic papers any more. My pedal bike is my fave form of getting around. Right now I’m having to revert to walking, and to public transit, when necessary. Luckily it’s close and convenient here, and there’s lots of choices. Be glad to play ping-pong or tennis with you. Both Withrow Park and Riverdale Park have both -for free! Maybe we share some of these tastes and habits? In any case, if you are cheerful, friendly and not too noisy 😉, I’d love to hear from you.
