Hunter Gooding's room

The correct property location is 30 Uxborough Place NW Calgary. It is a brand new apartment building with in-unit laundry—a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to the University of Calgary. The room does not have a window but is spacious, with an in-wall closet and lots of space. The room will be unfurnished in the images; there are photos of the currently furnished and the unfurnished (What you will be moving into). The bathroom is shared with one other person, a male (Me). Shared spacious kitchen and living room. The room’s rent will be 825 a month until December. After that, the rent will increase by 100 dollars for the next year due to rent increase because of losing a roommate. If you are interested please feel free to contact me.

The roomies include me, an 18-year-old male who is quiet but friendly and enjoys playing video games and cooking. I will be the one you share the bathroom with. The other roommate is a female; she has her own room and bathroom. She is fun and outgoing but needs her quiet space when ready.
