ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Corso Italia-Davenport is a “jack-of-all-trades” when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. It is easy to find lively streets in this part of the city. Although the nightlife is quiet, there are a very large number of people around most of the time. St Clair Avenue is among the most active streets in this part of the city. Corso Italia-Davenport is quiet, as the streets are generally reasonably calm - however noise can be an issue closer to the railway line. The greenery in this part of Toronto is prominent; access to green spaces from most locations in the neighbourhood, such as Earlscourt Park, is very easy since there are a few of them nearby for residents to check out. Residents will also find that the tree canopy coverage for most streets is fairly good.
