This space is quiet and cozy—great for studying, reading, or just relaxing after a long day. The shared area is for two or three, so it never feels crowded. It’s a simple, welcoming spot where you can focus, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful environment. Currently two rooms are available and we’re looking for two roommates comfortable with a no-smoking of any kind home environment.
