My current roommate is moving out so I’m looking to find a new one! This apartment is clean, spacious (875sqft) and in a great downtown location near the central library. Extremely close to grocery stores (multiple within a 5 min walk), restaurants, and close to both the Canada and Expo skytrain lines.

The common space is furnished, but happy to discuss rearranging it if you want. :)

We are currently renting out the parking space for $125/mo, so you would get back half of that to help cover hydro, internet or rent.

I work full time from home as a UX designer. Some of my hobbies include working out, yoga, dance, hiking, and art. I have two cats.

I prefer a home that’s relatively quiet and peaceful, but am comfortable with occasional guests.
