The large sunny south facing bedroom located in the basement comes furnished with a double size bed, desk, chair, and a dresser. You will also have your own private bathroom and furnished living room area. (Not shared).

All utilities and high speed internet included in the rent. Plenty of free street parking available. Garage parking also an option. No pets or smoking/vaping allowed. Rent is $825/month.
