Paid laundry facilities 3min. walk away on Bank St. Utilities are included. Assigning my lease. Available for summer or for 1 year., and can be extended month to month beyond the first year. I am happy to show the room, however, the landlord will screen potential tenants and payment and lease will be made directly with the landlord.
