Lily and Pennyroyal

Lily & Pennyroyal are looking for another roomate(s) to team up and find an apartment! We will each need our own room, so we are likely looking for a 3+ bedroom apartment.

ABOUT LILY / LILITH (24, MtF, she/they)

I’m often told I give super chill vibes. I tend to keep to myself but also love good conversation, when I have the time. I love helping however I can.

I’m tidy, always clean up after myself, and will occasionally cook meals to share. I enjoy washing dishes. I’m easygoing and respect individual agency and privacy. I can give multiple previous roommates’ contacts as a reference if needed.

In my free time I enjoy listening to music, watching TV, and making art. I’m usually very quiet, though I do like to sing along to songs sometimes when it’s an appropriate time. However i can arrange my schedule so that it doesn’t interfere with yours.

ABOUT PENNYROYAL (29, it/she)

Quiet, tends to stay in its room. Cleans up after itself in common spaces. Her bedroom may be a bit disorganized but never unsanitary. She never leaves food out overnight and would appreciate if you don’t either. Because it dislikes wasting food & the bad smells and textures associated with it.

IDEAL ROOMMATE:

We are looking for someone who is accepting, clean, and respectful. Bonus points if you’re queer, GNC, trauma-informed, sex positive, or anti-establishment. Communication skills and reliability are important to us, as well as respecting boundaries.

APARTMENT / ROOMS:

We would each like our own private room.
