It’s smackdab downtown with a Dollarama right underneath, 2 blocks from the train station, 10 - 15 minute walk to 17th Ave, Kensington and Chinatown.

Struggling with both rent and car payments, It’s a 1 bedroom apartment I will be renting out my room as there’s more than enough space for me to stay in the living room. Washroom/kitchen is shared, Laundry room in the lobby will require payment. Will come with a spacious closet with sliding mirrors and a small TV. Gone for most of the day as I work 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., people who live here are all pretty friendly.

The room will not be ready for viewing until the 10th of June and I am looking for someone willing to stay short term for 6 months and go month to month from there.
