Rent is an all-in amount, including all utilities, high-speed internet, and professional cleaning on a bi-weekly basis. Parking is NOT included, but there is very limited parking in the townhouse complex, with Guest parking that is easily accessible, but often full.

Preference will be given to working professionals. Tidy, quiet, respectful. Application with Proof of Income will be required. 1yr agreement, with first/last month rent will be required from approved applicants.

Feb 1st - Rear bedroom available, with corner windows and large walk-in closet. $1,000/mth

Mar 1st - rear Master bedroom, with walk-in closet and full ensuite $1,500/mth

Mar 1st - 1-bedroom basement Apartment, with living room, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, in-suite washer/dryer, separate entrance $2,000/mth

In-home Washer/Dryer, 2 fridges, gas range, and newly renovated outdoor space.
