Mikayla's room

I am subletting out my room! First and last required with a $125 security deposit. Rent is $625. This is honestly in the most perfect location right across St. Lawrence College and a quick bus ride to queens! Utilities are included! With a washer and a dryer in the basement. There is a shared washroom, but everyone’s schedule is very different leaving the washroom very open. The house is also very clean!

There are 3 other people in the house. 1 girl and 2 boys. 2 of them go to queens and one goes to SLC. They are all very nice and do their own thing but if you need someone to talk to they will for sure talk to you!
