Kayla's room

Large private bedroom located in a single home in kanata, 5 minutes drive to kanata centrum, kanata high tech buildings at innovation and tanger outlets. Room can be furnished or unfurnished at no extra cost. For single occupancy $800+ utilities or if for double occupancy $950+ utilities as the room and home are quite big. Has a 2x2 driveway and double car garage for storage, as well as street parking. The backyard has a large stone patio covering most of the yard and laundry is available on the main floor. All kitchenware and main floor is shared with everyone. There is a park just a street over as well as many trails/paths nearby. The 165 is just outside of the street, which goes straight to innovation where the kanata high tech buildings are located, as well as bus 264. Price is just for the room, utilities are extra and split among the roomies. Photos are available upon request!

The roomies are all young professionals and/or university students. Must be okay with dogs as we have 2 small-medium ones :)
