About the room
We are located close to everything!! You can choose between 2 bedrooms. We have a lovely deck where we spend a lot of time in the summer. All utilities are included, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. You have your own bathroom.
About the roomies
The house is shared with myself and my daughter who is 18. We are quiet, and clean. This is a relaxed household. We do not do drugs, have some wine in the evenings on occasion but no parties. Just looking for someone who is clean and quiet but will fit in with us. We have a cat, so this must be ok. No dogs please.
