Planning to move into a two bedroom + den in St. Boniface! Tenant would have entire basement, and would share the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. House is ideal for students, as it’s near both UofW and USB.
About the roomies
My boyfriend and I will be the two other tenants (both 25 y/o) along with our reptile family! Majority are enclosed, with the exception of a few free roaming (harmless) tortoises. We’re both easy going and like to have a good time!
