House is 22 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford, 5 min drive to Hospital and 10 min drive to Airport-Abbotsford. Close to highway (Exit 90), McCallum Junction Commercial Centre, convenience stores, fast foods and restaurants, city bus stop to/from UFV and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver.
While we do weekly upkeep of shared areas, we also ask you to be responsible and clean up after yourself especially the shared areas.
