The bedroom can be partially furnished with a chair, hamper, wardrobe & mattress, though it is for you to bring a more desired bed or whatever else you prefer or want – for a bedroom. There is cable for TV at the bedroom. The dwelling is quite spacious. The kitchen is shared, as well with the bathroom. It is possible to provide a meal or two per day at an added economical cost. There is access to a blender, fridge, microwave, oven & toaster. Laundry is at no cost at a load per week, except the detergent cost is yours. The ground level suite is at a nice middle class North Delta neighbourhood. Wifi is part of the cost. There are two male roommates at the location as well. If you are looking for a place to be accommodated at Metro Vancouver for an economical price then this is the locale. The accommodation is perfect for a person needing a place as they relocate, travel to or visit the Metro Vancouver region. The rental can be short-term or long-term. Transit, a convienance store, liqour store & pub/restaurant are just minutes from here. The extensive Skytrain network is about 15-20minutes from this location. Most parts of Metro Vancouver are just 20-40 minutes from this central suburban location. Surrey’s SFU campus, Kwantlen College/University & Douglas College/University are all 30 minutes or less from this location. The Annacis Island & Tilbury Warehouse/Industrial districts are just 15-20 minutes from this location, where there are a variety of employers. If here for an extended vacation then some great local sights are just 30 minutes from here, such as Centennial Beach (South Delta), Crescent Beach & White Rock Beach.
