In-suite washer/dryer, Air Conditioning, black-out curtains, separate/private internet router. Probably the largest private outdoor space in the area. My private enclosed backyard is about 1,200sq/ft. of summertime chillin’ space. Hammock and BBQ too! Professional housekeeping once monthly. All utilities included.

The thing about this apartment is the layout. It’s huge, I’m the only apartment on this floor and your room is at the end of a long hallway on the opposite side of the building from my room. You can be up all night watching t.v. in your space and I wouldn’t even know you’re here. And the living room with the BIG screen t.v. and massive speakers is 25’ by 15’. It’s just a really big place. Not common to find in Vancouver anymore.
