I live a healthy li style and I am into fitness and going to gym 5 X weekly. I am NOT looking for sex in any circumstances. This is a scent free environment , highly allergic to cologne or perfume.

Cleanliness is a must. I am wanting someone who is tidy, cleans after himself, that can pay the rent on time and ideally looking for a long term. roommate, someone to interact with and to have some laughter from time to time.

A well-maintained building, close to shops, banks, bike trails, and nature with laundry facilities in basement . Easily accessible to U of T, malls, transit etc. Underground parking can be available upon request with an extra charge.
