Very comfortable room, opens into large balcony. Mattress new 2023. Very central, 7 min walk to Brentwood Skytrain and mall. Lots of eateries nearby. Community gym 10 min walk. Laundry in building. On 2nd floor of a 3 story building with elevator. Share bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Hydro, heat, internet included. There is no cable here. Host provides bathroom tissue, paper towels, kleenex and cleaning supplies. Also supplies bed linens and towels.

I’m 67yr old female, semi-retired. I’m very quiet and keep a clean home. Like to get out for exercise and love riding horses. This is a 2 bedroom suite, it will only be myself and you living here. No overnight guests. I mind my own business. I’ve shared my home with dozens of foreign students over the past 10 years for 3 month stays or more.
