Are you on the hunt for a cozy living space? I’m on the lookout for a roommate, preferably young professional or mature student. Preferably female roommate.

This home is conveniently located in the east (Ogilvie and Blair/montreal Rd) near Gloucester centre, near groceries, schools, the 417, Blair LRT, and more - all within 5 minute drive or 20 min walk. Busses that are accessible from the house are : 12 blair/ parliament, 24 st Laurent/ beacon hill

On the main level you will find the shared spaces such as kitchen, dining room, the powder room and the spacious living room. The upper level has the bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

I have a 80lbs fully trained hypoallergenic sheepadoodle that mostly stays with me, but definitely doesn’t say no to cuddling.
